Due to the nature of our products, all items sold on this website are sealed, ready-to-eat food products. For food safety and quality reasons, we do not accept returns or refunds for non–food safety-related reasons, including but not limited to personal preference or change of mind.
Food Safety Issues
If you receive a product with a food safety issue, such as:
- Damaged packaging
- Product spoilage
- Expired or incorrect shelf life
please contact our customer service team within 7 days of receiving your order.
To help us process your request, please provide clear photos or videos showing the issue. Once the situation is verified and confirmed to be valid, we will issue a full refund to the original payment method.
Important Notes
- Claims submitted after 7 days from the delivery date will not be accepted.
- We reserve the right to deny refunds if sufficient evidence is not provided or if the issue does not meet food safety criteria.
